Refund & Cancellation

Payment Methods

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards, debit cards, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, and net banking through our payment gateway partners. Billing commences following Knowledge Transfer completion.

Refund Process

If you were charged but the payment was not received by us, report the issue within 15 days via payment@reddicharla.com with your transaction details. We investigate within 30 working days from the date of receipt of your email, and where a refund is warranted, it is processed through banking channels within 5–7 working days.

Cancellation Terms

After the initial month of service, please provide one (1) month prior written or email notice to end services. Outstanding fees remain due regardless of early discontinuation.

Discount Redemption

Discounts are contingent on the conditions specified in the relevant offer.

Policy Changes

Reddicharla Tech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time without advance notification.

Limitation of Liability

We exclude responsibility for indirect damages, and limit liability to the amounts paid for services in the applicable jurisdiction.
