Definitions & Acceptance

In this agreement, "Client" refers to the user of our services and "RTPL" refers to Reddicharla Tech Pvt. Ltd. By using our services, you consent to being contacted via email, SMS, and telephonic calls. RTPL reserves the right to deny or terminate access to its services without explanation.

Payment Methods

RTPL accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking, processed through external payment gateway partners. Billing commences the day after knowledge transfer completion.

Refunds

All purchases are final; upon payment made by the Client, there will be no refund in part or in whole. However, if funds were charged but not received by RTPL, clients may email payment@reddicharla.com within 15 days with transaction details. Such cases are investigated within 30 working days.

Data Retention

Personal data is retained based on business necessity and legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion by writing to terms@reddicharla.com; note that some data may persist where legally required.

Cancellation & Duration

After the first month of service, one month's written notice terminates the service. Agreements renew automatically on an annual basis, with annual price revisions of approximately 10%.

Limitation of Liability

Information and services are provided "as is". RTPL excludes liability for damages including business losses or data loss; total liability is limited to the extent of the amount actually paid by the Client.

Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure & Non-Competition

Non-disclosure, non-competition (one year post-completion), and confidentiality clauses protect both parties for the duration of, and following, the engagement.
